First few days here have been amazing!

So much has happened already. I have seen various practices within CEFAR and also with other clubs. The talent is unreal; incredible technical skills, tremendous speed and passion for the game that is unequal to anywhere I have been!

Thursday morning I went to River Plate Stadium and watched the Juniors train, later that night their coach took me to Lanus to watch a 1st division game against Cologne. The home team won and was lots of fun.

Friday I spent with Mario Pobersnik, the coach that came to Victoria 2 years ago. We went to Tigres and participated in training with his teams.

Saturday the rain came and closed most of the fields. I spent the morning waching the Barcelona Juniors U18 group. Their level is beyond anything I have ever worked with before. Hard to believe that only 1 or 2 each year will make it to Spain.

Tonight I went to Huracan to watch the local Derby against San Lorenzo. San Lorenzo is coached by Simone, the famous Argentian that played in 2 World Cups. I worked with his son`s team the day before.

The city was filled with Policia and had a very different atmosphere than the first game I went to. The crowd was incredible. I have seen Manchester, I have been to the Nou Camp in Spain but nothing compares to tonight`s crowd...
