Well I forgot to finish my story about my second game...

About 30minutes before kick-off the San Lorezo fans were becoming restless and started to chant something not PG-13 rated so you will have to come here to find out. After the Huracan fans returned with a nice reply, about 1000 fans stormed the fences trying to get over the 20 foot wall or maybe they were trying to break it down.

The 50-100 police attempted to beat them through the fence but was no use, so out came the tear gas! They fired directly at them, it was like watching bugs scatter away from the cloud of gas. I was taking a picture when I noticed the wind was blowing the cloud my way. People were screaming run! run! Before I could react the gas was in my eyes and mouth. It burned so bad, someone pulled my arm down and away to guide me to the stairs to find cover. We huddled on the ground underneath the stands as the cloud followed us in. The gas lofted towards the ceiling giving us room underneath to breath. It hurt for a while but was quite a life lesson. I was about 50 yards away from where they shot the canisters, I can only guess how bad it must hurt in the middle of the cloud.

The game was suspended for an hour to give police one more chance to gain control. The game was allowed to be played and was great. At the end they locked us (the home fans) in for 1 hour to allow the away fans the chance to get away or at least a head start!

I will try to add a photo of the crowd running from the tear gas! No promises though as this computer stuff is not my strength!
